Dibra is a mountainous province in northeastern Albania, bordering North Macedonia, with Peshkopi as its capital, located on the banks of the Black Drin River. The province is surrounded by the Korab and Lura mountain ranges and lies about 185 km from Tirana, offering breathtaking natural landscapes.

The area is home to Mount Korab, Albania’s highest peak at 2,751 meters, part of Korab–Koritnik National Park, a popular destination for hiking and nature lovers. North of Peshkopi, the glacial lakes of Lura and the thermal spas provide unique opportunities for eco-tourism, relaxation, and wellness.
